It has come to see the tendency of many people are to pills and surgery rather than changing their lifestyle. It is most prevalent here. If you behold foreign countries where the centres of life-style, behavioural management are in abundance. They rarely use antibiotics, most commonly used tablet is there just a simple "paracetamol". Main focus of theirs' is on consultancy and changing lifestyle. If anyone is sick from long, he is counselled to change the atmosphere or change the paints, change lights, change curtains, thus, a sick one is moved to a change, a new lifestyle that triggers his mind to find newness. A newness changes behaviour in oneself. Consequently, a sick one comes back to the healing. "Only a style or a way of thinking can change/simplify your life, not a high dose of medicines".
A dose of pills will not work unless you change a way of thinking. There are so many things creep like a worm in your life for no reason. Here we see, we take pills to alleviate infection, but let the worm creep. We'll not move to obliterate that worm Which has wrecked the peace.
This is the psyche we are following, One is moving to pills to relax that pain. But letting worm creep which continually causes pain. We'll focus on the problem that a thing (creeping) causes pain. But not to the solution to demolish it (worm) for good.

Emphasis is on that lookout the solution to problems. Here it comes to see " A problem has high importance, but not to the solution", then that problem becomes a heck and—that heck overwhelms the joy of presence. There is every possible solution to every sudden-problem.
If anything is irksome, look out the possibilities, lookout different lifestyle, lookout newness, lookout the ways where you bury a problem. and let the joy-of-presence born through a new way of thinking and lifestyle.
