SELF ANALYSIS


Millions of people never analyze themselves. Mentally they are mechanical-Products of the factory of their environment. Pre-occupied wih breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Working here and there to be entertained. They don't know what or why they are seeking , nor why they never realize complete happiness and lasting satisfaction. By evading self-analysis , people go on being r  o  b  o  t  , conditioned by their environment. True self-analysis is the greatest art of progress.
START TO KNOWING YOURSELF.

 - Research all the different types of self-Care.

 - Create boundaries with toxic and demaging people in your-life.

 - Get to know self-hobbies, strenghts, the things about you that are lovable and admirable.

 - know that you are always worthy.
  ( Even , when people made you feel otherwise.)

 - Don't shy away from working on yourself.

 - Practice self care and listen to your needs daily.

 - Get to know the roots of why you don't love yourself.

 - Never stop waiting , untill you meet yourself.
