Who is the companion of your life?

 Mother—Father—Wife—Son—Husband
Daughter—Friend.

 NO— NOT AT ALL?

 Delights of the all world are with life. Life is with life. If there is life, there is everything. Companion of your real life is your "BODY". Life is like a dream. Expend it beautifully. You had better take care of it yourself. Once your body stops to react, then there is no one with you. You and your body are along with you from birth to death. Whatsoever you do with your body—is your chore,  and same comes back to you. The more you look after your body the more your body will. Your body requires genuine:

 Energy— for lungs.
Thoughts—for brain.
Yoga—for body.
Walk—for heart
Good diet—for Intestine.
Good thoughts—for the soul.
Good deeds—for world.

 Whatsoever you eat. Whatsoever you do to be fit. How do you face depression? How much equilibrium do you maintain? These things assume, How will your body react? 

 Remember, your 'BODY" is your permanent name, region and address and you are resident of it. Your BODY is your legacy and chore. And none can be all of it. 
Stay fit and healthy, take care of it and Remember, none can stimulate your body better than yourself. Only you are the best companion of if.

once upon a time, There lived a peace, There lived a harmony, There were humane ethics. All were connected with the rhythm of oneness.
